Karin specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, weight management and most medical related nutrition issues. She has worked in New Jersey eating disorder programs as both a nutritionist and Coordinator. This work has given her a unique perspective on the power of healthy food patterns. Karin’s non-dieting approach helps her clients build positive relationship with food and weight. Counseling focuses on individualized nutritional planning and processing to achieve lifestyle goals of mindful and intuitive eating.
