Lauren combines her well rounded nutritional background with her warm personality to motivate her clients to achieve their goals. Lauren has a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware. Her dietetic internship was with Sodexho and her clinical rotation was at St. Barnabas. Lauren provided in-patient and out-patient nutrition counseling at Mount Sinai Hospital. Through Kingley Health she is excited to be counseling clients to achieve a lifestyle of health and happiness at the MBWC
